How to report a seller?
If you encounter any issues with a movie purchased from a seller, such as technical glitches or offensive content, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].
Please be aware that all movies are thoroughly checked before they are released, but unforeseen circumstances may occur.
How can I watch SuperAv on my TV?
We suggest trying one of the following options to enjoy movies on the big screen.
- • To access SuperAv on your smart TV, simply use your browser. The SuperAv website is compatible with TV screens and provides all the standard features for your enjoyment.
- • Use a casting/mirroring option on your mobile browser to cast directly to your smart TV.

How can I earn money on SuperAv?
One way to earn money is by sharing a unique code.
Upon registering or logging in to the SuperAv website, click on the "Earn" button located at the top of the page. You will receive a unique code that can be shared on various platforms, including X (Twitter), blogs, Instagram, Facebook, and more. You can earn anywhere between $0.25 to $1 for each unique registration using your code. This method is fast, reliable and requires only the code provided to start earning money. Payment to you is made via Paypal.
I am a content producer; how can I make money on SuperAv?
Content Producers have a great opportunity to make money by selling their videos on SuperAv. To begin selling your videos, you need to first create an account by registering and logging in. After logging in, navigate to the "admin" button located at the top of the page. By clicking this button, you will be directed to your personal dashboard, where you can upload your video content for sale. Simply click on the "Create" button to upload your movies and start selling. Payment to you is made via Paypal.
Kindly be informed that the SuperAv team will carefully assess the details of your movie(s) and decide whether to approve or decline them before making them available to the public. Please note that any films deemed offensive or illegal will not be approved. Additionally, if an individual uploads an immoral or offensive video, they may face a permanent ban from the platform.
How do I change the language?
On Computer, laptop and tablet:
At the bottom of the website, there is a drop-down menu for selecting different languages.
On Mobile: At the bottom of the screen, in the red bar, there is an icon that looks like an "avatar". If you click on it, you'll see a button for changing the language.
I want to advertise on SuperAv.
You can advertise in the "Free" section of the SuperAv platform. This is where we have a larger audience where it can benefit your business.
SuperAv has been in operation since 1998, even before the first Japanese movie was introduced in the United States. As the first Japanese video and adult toy supplier in America in 2001, we have built a large and dedicated following over the years. Starting August 16, 2023, we are excited to offer advertising opportunities for businesses on SuperAv.

How do I become a translator?

I haven't gotten my delivery yet. Can you tell me what I should do next? If there was no mistake made on your shipping address, SuperAv will happily reship your order without any additional charge. There could be various reasons for issues during the shipment process, but our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to make sure you receive your order without any issues. However, please note that if there is an error with your shipping address during checkout, we may not be able to guarantee delivery and cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments. Can I see the status of my shipment?
Certainly, you can view the live status of your videos by navigating to your account page and selecting the shipping button. Your videos will be displayed with their current shipping status.
What is the video format you are shipping?
We would like to assure you that we are currently shipping all videos in the MP4 format, which is undeniably the most versatile and reliable format available in the market today. Rest assured that you will receive your videos in the best quality possible, without any compromise.
Download and Streaming videos
Is it possible to pause and later resume a video that is currently downloading?
At the moment, our system does not have the capability to pause and resume downloads. However, certain browsers may offer this feature. In our most recent test, we found that Firefox does support the ability to pause and resume downloads.
How fast is the download?
The download speed of an 8GB movie may vary depending on the location of your country, but it can generally be completed in under 5 minutes, which is quite fast.
Will my purchased movie be deleted after a certain period of time?
Absolutely not! Your movies will be accessible indefinitely on your SuperAv account. We are excited to offer this new feature!
How is the quality of the videos?
Just a friendly heads up, all videos on SuperAv are sourced from various producers. Production budgets may vary, resulting in some videos being released in full HD while others, such as amateur and older productions, may only be available in SD quality. Rest assured, we always provide the best quality available for each video. To make things easier, each video is labeled with an HD or SD icon, so you know what to expect.
What does DRM stand for?
Digital Rights Management (DRM) is a method of securing digital content to prevent unauthorized use and piracy. At SuperAv, we believe that freedom and ease should be prioritized. As a result, our videos do not have any DRM protection, allowing you to watch them anywhere.
Do SuperAv movies have English subtitles?
In the past, there was no demand for Japanese videos with English subtitles. However, we have now begun to release some movies with this option. You can locate them by visiting the tag section on the SuperAv website.
Some actors in movies appear to be quite young. Is it safe to assume they are all of the appropriate age to be cast in these roles?
Absolutely. It is a mandatory requirement for all performers on the SuperAv website to be at least 18 years of age. This is something we have always given utmost importance to.
I accidentally bought the wrong movie.
We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may want to make changes to an order that has already been placed. However, we regret to inform you that once a purchase has been completed, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Can I watch the movies I purchased on other computers?
Yes, you can.
The displayed images and samples differ from the video product I purchased.
Please note that the actual videos you receive may differ from the sample images and videos depending on the delivery type. The sample material may contain scenes that are used for promotional purposes and may not be included in the final video product.
The movie is shaking or skipping frames.
For a smooth playback experience, you need a broadband internet connection. If your broadband connection isn't fast enough, movies may stutter. Please try performing a speed test of your connection. This can be accomplished by going to http://www.speedtest.net.
Once complete, examine the results. If your download speed is below 1,000Kb/s (~1.0 Mb/s), then your bandwidth is fairly limited. Consider lowering the playback bit rate. You may also want to contact your Internet Service Provider to get a download speed of over 1.0 Mb/s.
If you are watching a movie over a wireless connection and your movie is stuttering, please try watching over a wired connection or move your computer closer to your wi-fi router for a stronger signal.
If the problem continues, there may be some issues with your internet connection.
In that case, please get in touch with your internet service provider for help.
I cannot find the movies I purchased.
To access your movies, kindly log in to your account and select the avatar icon located on the top menu bar. All your movies will be shown for you to view.
Credit Card
Will product names be listed on my credit card statement?
Never. For privacy reasons, the video title will NOT be displayed on your credit card statement.
Do you store information about my credit card?
Never. All payments are processed by a bank, and SuperAv does NOT store or access any payment information.
Which currencies are accepted by SuperAv?
At this time, we solely acknowledge USD as a valid form of currency.
Your payment will be charged in US dollars.
My credit card has been declined for some reason.
Credit card transaction problems may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The credit card has expired.
- You have gone over your credit card limit.
- You have insufficient funds.
- Data transmission is temporarily unavailable (including due to maintenance)
- You have ordered a high-priced item or items.
- Note: In order to prevent unauthorized use, your card may be suspended by your credit card company. If the problem continues, please get in touch with your credit card company.
What is a "Security Code"?
The Security Code is an extra layer of security for credit card transactions where the card is not physically present. It helps prevent credit card fraud and works alongside the embossed or printed bank card number on the card.
The card security code is located on the back of MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits to the right of the signature strip.
On American Express cards, the card security code is a printed, not embossed, group of four digits on the front of the card on the right.
Why is the date on my credit card statement different from my payment history?
Credit card billing dates vary depending on the credit card company, and these dates may differ from the Payment History on SuperAv.
